Job Title: Project Manager — Agile Software & Web Projects

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) — CST/EST overlap preferred

Salary: PHP [Insert monthly range], based on experience

About The Role

We’re hiring a proactive, Agile-driven Project Manager to lead web development projects across Laravel, MERN, MEAN, and WordPress teams. You’ll coordinate developers, manage sprints, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies

Plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Track progress, risks, and dependencies using JIRA

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders

Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation

Ensure transparent communication with leadership and stakeholders

Identify and mitigate risks that may impact delivery schedules

Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, and action items

Maintain project documents and manuals

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience (3+ in Agile)

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile estimation

Familiar with the Iron Triangle and RACI models

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience managing remote development teams
