• Must have customer handling experience in any domain
• Adequate knowledge about web design & development
• Technical knowledge on basics of the following: HTML, WordPress, Websites, PHP, Web/Mobile applications
• Experience using google docs, sheets and CRM
• Any previous experience in handling the teams diverse in different location will be an advantage
