Job Description

A Service Coordinator is often involved in the day-to-day services and maintenance operations in Audio-Visual projects. They organize and communicate details between team members, managers, suppliers, and clients.

Duties And Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
Creating JIRA tickets for service, maintenance, and equipment concerns
Coordinate services and maintenance activities, resources, equipment, and information
Coordinate with Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve AV-service matters
Involvement in service-related documentations, plans, and reports

Qualifications

Any IT or Engineering-related courses
6 months to 1 year of related experience
