Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes to drive project success and enhance team performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. - Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Commercial PMO. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial PMO. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
