Mission

Manage project purchasing activities to ensure the timely supply of goods and services at the best overall cost, while complying with company procedures and project requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing process from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order.
• Prepare and issue RFQs in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Conduct commercial comparisons and recommend the best-value offer.
• Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, financial, legal and HSE requirements.
• Follow up Purchase Orders, deliveries and supplier performance.
• Manage supplier qualification and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement reporting and promptly escalate risks or delays.
• Support cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Project, Technical, Contracts, Finance, Logistics, Quality and HSE teams.
