Project Accountant

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

Basic knowledge of project accounting, reporting, and taxation.

Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Detail‑oriented and organized.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Project accounting or audit experience is an advantage.

Willing to be assigned in Anonas, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

Prepare project financial reports, variance analyses, and supporting schedules.

Review and record project transactions, expenses, payables, receivables, advances, and fixed assets.

Conduct bank and petty cash reconciliations and ensure timely liquidation of cash advances.

Monitor project costs, revenue, JIP, and asset accounts during month-end closing.

Prepare project close-out reports and assist in corrective adjustments.

Coordinate with project teams for billing, revenue details, receivables, and unbilled accounts.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Support audits by providing complete schedules and documentation.

Train project staff on accounting processes as needed.

Protect confidentiality of project and financial information.

Support improvements in reporting processes by eliminating duplications and enhancing automation.
