Position Overview

RecruitGo is currently seeking a full-time Programmer II to join our agile and collaborative team. This remote role is perfect for a self-motivated developer who enjoys a dynamic environment and has a passion for solving technical problems across various platforms and technologies.

As a Programmer II, you’ll work closely with senior developers and business users to design, code, and deploy custom software solutions. You’ll develop add-on modules, enhance existing applications, and integrate with a wide range of hardware and eCommerce platforms. This role offers fast-track advancement opportunities based on performance and leadership potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate user requirements into technical solutions with minimal formal documentation.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications using C#, MS SQL (T-SQL, triggers, stored procedures).
  • Design and modify Crystal Reports and Nice Labels (barcode label software).
  • Work with JSON/XML APIs and integrate software with peripherals such as barcode scanners, signature pads, and electronic scales.
  • Support eCommerce platform integrations and peripheral hardware configuration.
  • Assist with software rollout, testing, and occasional end-user support or network troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to team leadership and mentor junior staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of professional programming experience.
  • Strong SQL development skills; extensive experience writing complex triggers and stored procedures.
  • Proficiency in C# and working knowledge of hardware interfacing.
  • A self-driven approach to learning new tools and technologies.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support tasks outside of core programming (e.g., troubleshooting, installation).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong skills in both functional and technical design.

  • Salary: Starting salary is PHP 116,000 per month (depending on qualification) with weekly bonus opportunities per week
