Program Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to share ideas and solutions. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management software and tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
