Job Description
The
Product Manager
will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products under
Sari Mall , an (e-commerce platform) and our
Suki Lotto business
ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market trends. The role bridges strategy, technology, and execution to deliver value-driven and scalable products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead product roadmap planning and execution aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with tech, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Manage product testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with internal, partner, and regulatory standards.
- Track product performance and drive enhancements to improve user experience.
- Innovate based on emerging trends and customer feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and analytics platforms.
