Product Manager

Job Summary

This role serves as the primary product expert, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure successful product positioning, pricing, product launches, and lifecycle management. The Product Manager also monitors market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and business-related course.
• With at least three (3) years’ work-related experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related industry.
• Excellent in handling and directing the Sales team.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment specifications, applications, and market trends.
• Proven experience in product planning, pricing, forecasting, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide for customer visits, product demonstrations, training, and industry events.
