Your Role: As an E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist, you will support LBC Lighting Companys online presence by ensuring that all product data and website content are accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained. You will:

• Upload and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing across multiple websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Perform regular audits of online product listings and website content for errors or outdated information.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather required data and product details.
• Generate reports on product uploads, website updates, and content maintenance activities.
  
  

What You Need: Non-negotiables

• At least 1–2 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce, or website management roles.
• Experience in Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field is preferred.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience working in a BPO or remote work setup is an advantage.
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento).
• Basic understanding of website maintenance and digital content updates.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
