Procurement Officer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with a good exposure to Australian procurement processes. This role will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies while driving cost-effective sourcing and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with Australian procurement standards and company policies
• Build and manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs
• Maintain procurement records using ERP systems
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders
• Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• With at least 5 years of procurement experience (experience in handling AU procurement is highly preferred)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• With experience in using ERP systems
• Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule and on a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and 3 days WFH)
