Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, or related field; Master’s is a plus
- 5–7 years of experience in meetings/events operations, travel management, or procurement in a regional/global organization
- Experience with platforms like Cvent, Concur, and working with Travel Management Companies (TMCs)
- Familiarity with procurement systems and travel operations platforms
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage and improve end-to-end processes for events and travel
- Skilled in project management, policy execution, compliance, and issue resolution
- Experience working across Asia markets and collaborating with global teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Ability to lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate training, and support platform adoption
- Collaborative mindset with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive self-starter with ownership mentality; comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Capable of acting as both Process Owner and Business Owner to drive strategic and operational outcomes
