We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor – SOS and MOST .

Job Responsibilities

  • Applies their deep expertise to make realistic suggestions and recommendations for efficiencies.
  • Delivers day-to-day workload on time and to the standard requested by manager. Meets commitments made to colleagues. Understands and ensures completeness of daily tasks and controls. Be independent in the daily tasks.
  • Is able to understand and articulate their client’s business requirements, having fully identified clients relevant to their role (e.g. external clients, Front Office, other support functions, other regions).
  • Articulates expectations and encourages performance from colleagues, project teams, virtual teams etc. Uses formal and informal approaches to deliver performance (e.g. process targets, review against project objectives, and giving informal feedback to peers regularly.).
  • Engages the expertise needed to resolve issues/exceptions/queries, through explaining the business rationale and facts, and justifying urgency. Influences others to help deliver results.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of the banking industry.
  • Computer skills: MS Office.
  • Analytical skills and well organized.
  • Good communication skills, team player and client oriented.
  • Exhibits commitment and resilience, especially when facing stressful situation
  • Polyvalent and fast-learner : ability to quickly adapt to multiple tasks and evolving working situations
  • Able to create relationships and channels of communication with key interfaces and stakeholders

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.
