We’re looking for a Plan Design Associate to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the requirements from the clients and capturing all pertinent information into the systems based on the established guidelines and state regulations. Initiate requests for outstanding requirements and coordinates (either through email or callout) with the various New Business teams/distribution partners and client, if necessary, for the timely fulfillment of contracts or any requests.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for the set-up and documentation of new clients and the maintenance of existing clients. Depending on the received request, the team processes MPS Booklets, advisor change and Compensation, New Business, Discontinuance, Amendments, Repricing and Fund Rationalization, SLX Discontinuance and Amendments.
- Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds
- Consistently attain the service level set by the Company
- Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
- Practice good judgment in processing cases
- Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
- Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
- Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of relevant back-office experience can be in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry or email support.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Bachelors Degree holders are welcome to apply.

- Knowledge of Group Retirement is an advantage
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision
- Strong organizational skills
