Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Experience Level: 13 years of experience in At least 1 year of BPO Clinical / Healthcare experience or 1 year of Bedside / Hospital Experience

Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language and Medical terminology

Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple tasks
