Job Description
- Assist customers by answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide support in medical-related calls and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Document and manage customer interactions in the system effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and engagement in all customer communications.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in At least 1 year of BPO Clinical / Healthcare experience or 1 year of Bedside / Hospital Experience
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language and Medical terminology
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple tasks
