Position Title - PCB Designer

Responsibilities

• Handle activities related to the layout, design and routing of Schematics and Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
• Act on high-frequency, high-density PCB designs of moderate to high complexity switch-mode power conversion
• Work on low-wattage of few hundred Watts to high-wattage tens of kW power supply PCB Designs
• Work on layout of digital control boards
• Act as liaison to Advanced Engineering EE and Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, Agency Compliance and PCB vendors
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  
  
  

Qualifications

• BS degree in ECE, EE and COE
• At least 3 years of experience in PCB Layout, Schematics and Library Creation (Preferably on high-density switch-mode power conversion and digital control boards)
• Extensive experience in Cadence Allegro ver. 23.1, Altium Designer 25, SolidWorks and CAM350 software
• Strong background in power supply design
• Background in RF a plus
• Exposure to customer electronics R&D or design for manufacturability an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment with a strong sense of ownership
