Location: Onsite – Philippines (Acquire Office)

Reports To: Assemble It (US-Based Team)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Partner Recruitment Representative to support outbound partner acquisition efforts. This role is focused on building call lists, making outbound calls, and following up with potential partners.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and can clearly communicate in English with minimal accent.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and organize lead lists
• Make outbound calls to prospective partners (50+ calls per day)
• Follow a provided script
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
• Schedule follow-ups or next steps
• Track activity and notes in CRM
• Provide simple daily activity reporting
  
  

• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales
• Clear spoken English
• Comfortable making high-volume calls
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow a script and process
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace or CRM tools
