Your Role And Responsibilities

A Package Consultant in Workday Talent Management specializes in implementing and supporting the Workday Talent Management module for clients. Using their consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise, they facilitate the integration of the module into the clients business environment to achieve desired business results.

Key responsibilities include planning the implementation, conducting fit analyses, gathering requirements, configuring the system, conducting unit testing, and providing post-implementation support as needed.

The consultant also resolves configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules. This role focuses on delivering a tailored Talent Management solution that meets the clients unique needs and objectives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday, with a focus on Talent Management.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and unit testing within HR modules.
• Experience in resolving configuration and functional business issues across multiple Workday HR modules.
• Ability to deliver tailored Talent Management solutions aligned with client-specific business objectives.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Workday Certification in Talent Management or related modules is required.
