Your Role And Responsibilities

This role is responsible for implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN CO solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and be trusted business advice with deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system. Focuses on understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Utilizes business and industry knowledge, business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations.

Primary Goals Include

• Strategic Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy and / or solution development and solution implementation, leveraging knowledge of this area and working with the latest technologies.
• Collaboration and Team Building: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals in order to build trust with clients and team members, with an emphasis on knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions.
  
  

• SAP FI/CO AMS experience
• Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP Finance with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Specialist, Consultant or Solution Architect.
• SAP Process knowledge: Experience with SAP Finance processes and workflows; exposure on Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, demonstrating how it is applied in different client environments.
• Proficient in Japanese Language - reading, writing, speaking, listening.
• Amenable to work in any of IBM sites (UP Ayala Technohoub, Commonwealth, Quezon City / Cebu).
  
  

• Japanese Language Proficiency JLPT N3 and above (Preferably with JLPT Certification).
