Job Description

Lead and manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement and payment processes.
Oversee vendor relationship management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to enhance operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the P2P team, fostering professional growth.
Prepare and present reports on P2P activities to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years in procurement or finance operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Expertise in P2P systems and AI-enabled tools (RPA, IDP, spend analytics).
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Experience in multinational environments (Shared Services/BPO preferred).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
