Your Role
As an Outbound Telesales Specialist - Card, you will:
Conduct outbound sales calls to designated geographical areas and industries to acquire new business.
Support sales growth during new-site openings through proactive outbound calls.
Send presentations and information to potential customers.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Achieve all call objective targets set in relation to outbound calls.
Log and manage all sales prospects into the CRM database at the point of contact.
Collaborate closely with Telesales, Credit, and Customer Service Managers to optimize sales outcomes.
Handle all customer interactions with a professional phone manner and focus on providing exceptional service.
Perform other duties as required to support the team and business objectives.

Exceptional phone manner and active listening skills.
Ability to meet daily call and acquisition targets.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult calls and escalate appropriately.
Preferred Skills / Expertise
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
Knowledge of ZOHO CRM (beneficial but not mandatory).
Previous experience in inside sales, outbound telesales, or customer acquisition roles.
