Job Title: Organization Development & Performance Manager

Department: Human Resources

Work Set Up: Hybrid

Reports To: Shared Services Senior Manager / HR Director

Job Summary

The Organization Development & Performance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee performance, leadership capability, and culture. This role leads performance management initiatives, competency development, talent reviews, organizational design projects, and employee engagement programs to ensure alignment between business objectives and workforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Development & Culture

  • Develop and implement organization development strategies that support business growth and transformation.
  • Lead organizational structure reviews and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and accountability.
  • Design and facilitate culture-building initiatives aligned with company values and strategic objectives.
  • Manage employee engagement programs and analyze engagement survey results to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with department heads to drive change management initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.


Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Manage the company's performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leaders regarding workforce productivity and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate talent review and succession planning processes across the organization.
  • Develop competency frameworks and career progression pathways for key roles.
  • Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.


Learning, Leadership & Workforce Capability

  • Assess organizational capability gaps and recommend learning and development interventions.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for managers and future leaders.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR teams to ensure training initiatives support business needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of OD and performance programs using measurable outcomes and KPIs.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership regarding organizational health and workforce performance.


Qualification And Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, Performance Management, or Talent Development are preferred.


Experience

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Talent Management, or related functions.
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management systems.
  • Experience leading organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Experience conducting talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.


Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Organizational Development principles and methodologies.
  • Expertise in Performance Management frameworks and KPI systems.
  • Experience in Change Management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Competency Mapping, Succession Planning, and Talent Management.
  • Workforce analytics and HR metrics interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
  • Project management and facilitation skills.

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OPPRTUNITIES

  • This role provides significant exposure to organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and business transformation initiatives. The position offers a strong pathway toward senior HR leadership roles such as Head of Organization Development, HR Business Partner Director, Human Resources Director, or Chief Human Resources Officer.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Hybrid Work Setup: Combination of remote work and on-site collaboration.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for company meetings, training programs, and site visits.
