Your Role And Responsibilities

LEARNER SUPPORT



Provide guidance and mentorship to learners during actual training.



Identify and address learning challenges or barriers.



Encourage self-directed and lifelong learning habits.

ASSESSMENT AND FEEDBACK



Develop assessment tools to identify skills gap, evaluate learner progress and understanding.



Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.



Adjust training strategies based on assessment outcomes.

TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION



Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences (e.g., learning management systems, e-learning modules).



Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual or hybrid learning sessions.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT



Stay updated with the latest trends in education, training, and facilitation techniques.



Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve future sessions.



Attend professional development programs and training.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES



Manage schedules, attendance, and learning records.



Ensure compliance with Organizational standards.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).



Active listening to understand learners needs and concerns.



Ability to guide discussions and encourage participation.



Skilled in managing group dynamics and fostering collaboration.



Proficiency in conflict resolution and addressing learner challenges.



Competence in developing engaging and learner-centered content.



Adaptability to various learning styles and preferences.



Expertise in simplifying complex concepts for clarity and understanding.
