The role involves managing teams that support HR, Workforce Management, HCM, Time and Payroll, and AI-driven HR solutions, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 3 consecutive years of experience as an Operations Team Lead, with strong leadership skills and excellent English communication. This position offers a competitive package of up to 49,000 in a dynamic onsite work environment.
