Your Mission

• Oversee the implementation of procedures and policies within the Company
• Establish ways of improving the work environment and ensure efficient business operations in the Company
• Formulate strategic plans to reach Company annual targets and recommend policies and procedures to improve operations, finance and logistics
• Ensures that the Companys revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree.
• Passionate about solving daily operational concerns
• 5+ years of experience in operations supervision or management
• Understands general finance, logistics and legal compliance
• Proven knowledge on operating standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• Excellent communicator and driver of the team
