We’re looking for an OA Plan Implementation Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key part in launching new plans by creating plan codes, setting up shell accounts, configuring plan‑level provisions, and building fund lineups that ensure a smooth and accurate implementation experience. You will also manage critical setup tasks such as establishing Salesforce plan contacts, verifying beneficial ownership through Accurint, and preparing all required plan forms for participant access. As a core member of the team, you’ll help drive Open Architecture transitions, collaborate closely with project managers, and provide support that keeps our implementation process running seamlessly.
Position Responsibilities
- Set up new plans by creating plan codes, accounts, contacts, fund lineups, and required plan‑level configurations.
- Verify beneficial ownership and ensure compliance through accurate Accurint research and documentation.
- Manage plan transitions, configure design provisions, and ensure all plan forms are properly generated and accessible.
- Conduct thorough platform and website testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, provide timely support, and maintain strong working relationships across the implementation group.
- Identify issues, recommend process and system improvements, and assist in updating procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members and new hires.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates who are undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Access, and Word.
