Job Description

Lead O2C transformation projects to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business improvement.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with organizational vision.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Drive O2C transformation initiatives across multiple sites in the Philippines.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in finance, accountancy, business administration, management, or a related field.
15+ years of experience as a leader in Finance transformation, with significant projects related to order-to-cash or accounts receivable process.
Exhibits strong stakeholder management and executive presence to lead global initiatives.
Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Amenable to work on a night shift and fully onsite setup, with regular travel across the Philippines.
