  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Average to Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably with Call Center Experience but not required
  • Can start immediately
  • Earn up to PHP 21,000 monthly Salary
  • Amenable to work on-site and in shifting schedules
  • Must be willing to work after holidays
