MIS Reporting Analyst

Qualifications:

• Extremely high level of attention to detail, knowledge retention, analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Excellent in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly Preferred – Microsoft Excel / VB Macro Creation to automate routine report
• Exposed – PowerBI, Tableau and other Reporting Tools

Qualifications:

• Completed any Bachelors Degree
• Strong experience in MIS and BPO/ Shared Service Industry
• Experience in generating and analyzing operational/ performance/SLA reports and dashboards
• Intermediate/ Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Excel Macro/ VB Macro scripting
• Basic Understanding in SQL Scripting is preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint for Report Creation
• Basic Understanding in SQL Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is preferred
• Basic Understanding in PowerBI, Tableau and other Data Visualization tools is preferred
