Job Description
Archipelago Builders Corporation is seeking an MEPFS Estimator to review project documents and develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project expenses. You will prepare proposals and work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates.
You will keep track of historical cost data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends and building codes.
