We’re looking for a Member Set-up Administrator to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to accurately set up plan member information, manage work distribution and email inquiries, and efficiently balance incoming volumes while demonstrating strong system proficiency and thorough understanding of Group Benefits operations.
Position Responsibilities
- Create initial set-up of all plan member details in the database
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of appropriate systems and group benefit knowledge
- Organize and prioritize work distribution
- Monitor incoming work volumes and balance this between the MSA team in order to meet service standards
- Monitor and respond to incoming email inquiries and correspondence with missing information or follow up on outstanding missing information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
- Basic Internet skills and knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Background in Plan Member Administration
- Excellent understanding of Group Benefits eligibility requirements
