Who are we looking for?

We have a great opportunity for a Mechanical Revit Modeler to join and collaborate with our PH Building Services.

As part of a workshare team, this position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model
  
  

For success in this position, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
• Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using Revit MEP
• Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
  
  

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Cebu, or Quezon City, depending on your home base/location.
