Job Description

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for high-quality lead generation
Understand business owner perspectives to craft compelling messages
Ideate and create engaging monthly social media content, videos, and persuasive copies to maintain a strong online presence across platforms
Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility
Identify and target relevant audiences to optimize lead generation
Build and expand page audiences and followers
Optimize marketing budgets for cost-effective lead acquisition
Plan and organize initiatives to boost brand awareness and conversions
Track, analyze, and manage advertising campaigns and their results across various platforms
Utilize metrics and data to monitor and adjust marketing strategies for maximum lead generation
Conduct market research and stay informed about competitor positioning
Oversee booth design and event-related tasks for expos and events
Create and design various company materials such as decks, banners, infographics, brochures, flyers, etc.
Assist in documenting team events and expos

Minimum Qualifications

1-2 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting
Understanding of SEO, marketing metrics, and data analysis
Ability to think creatively and generate unique marketing ideas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
