Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Closely working with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans.
Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
Assisting with organizing promotions and events.
Collaborating with the Design team to create marketing materials.
Keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Preparing regular sales forecasting reports.
Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities.
Qualifications
A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field.
With at least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
Experience in the food and beverage industry or retail marketing is a plus.
Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), creativity in campaign ideation, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team.
Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent multitasking skills.
