  • Reviews loan applications and ensures completeness and accuracy of submitted requirements
  • Monitors the status and progress of loan applications from receipt to approval/release
  • Handles client and customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in
  • Ensures timely processing and proper documentation of all loan applications
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and application information

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year degree course
  • Strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-service oriented, organized, proactive, and persuasive
  • Computer proficient (MS Office and basic systems)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • No prior work experience required

Salary Budget: 15,000-16,000
