Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager Regulatory Issues Remediation to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the development, standardization, and maintenance of the organization’s control documentation. This role supervises a small team who works closely with process owners, compliance teams, and internal audit to ensure that control references and procedures are clearly defined, consistently formulated, accurate, complete, audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations.

  • Ability to set priorities and manage overlapping timelines and competing demands.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
  • Advanced understanding of the company’s business operations.
  • Ability to represent the business internally and externally (e.g., regulators, industry peers).
  • Experience in project management.


Professional Experience:

  • With at least 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within financial services
  • With at least 3+ years in a leadership role cumulative to 5+ yrs. of experience
  • Proven strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and examination process
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Banking, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or related course
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation is a plus.
