Maintenance Coordinator

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related course
• With at least two (2) years administrativeand customer service is strongly preferred
• fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  
  

• Knowledgeable in computer software, network troubleshooting, and basic system maintenance
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping
• Time Management and Scheduling
• Coordination and Team work
  
  

• Documenting demo use, repair work, parts used, and time taken for each repair job for reporting and record purposes.
  
  

• Communicate persistent or unrepairable issues to supervisors for further action
  
  

• Coordinate with clients regarding reported problems and ensure a schedule of support remotely & on-site.
  
  

• Review and validate customer return requests. Verify purchase details, warranty status and return eligibility.
  
  

• Perform initial diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of reported equipment issues to identify the root cause.
  
  

• Prepare and issue quotations for after-sales services, including repair costs, replacement parts, labor, and service fee.
  
  

• Suggest improvements for repair processes or equipment handling to reduce damage and downtime.
