Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
Ensure timely preparation of all meals.
Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize workflows.

Contribute to menu development with creative ideas.
Support inventory management and ingredient sourcing.
Job Title: Line Cook
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in culinary arts or related field.
Experience Level: Entry-level position; Less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proven cook skills including food preparation and cooking; Familiarity with kitchen equipment; Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes; assisting with stock rotation; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment; must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualities and Traits: Quick learner, team player with a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic; good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
