Job Description

Provide legal support for real estate transactions, including documentation review and lease administration.
Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate records for property management compliance.
Manage contract review processes to ensure adherence to One 77 Ventures Development Corporation's policies.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal teams on property-related issues.
Support the legal department with research and special projects in alignment with industry standards.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably with a focus on compliance and legal affairs.
Skills and Competencies:Proficient in compliance protocols.
Exemplary written communication skills.
Understanding of legal claims, obligations, and documents.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent time-management abilities.
Advanced written and verbal communication.
Close attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct research on legal matters and assist in preparing legal reports.
Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
Working Conditions: Office setting, often under tight deadlines and may require overtime.
