Legal Collections Specialist

About The Job

The primary role of the Legal Collections Specialist is to collect the debt through filing a civil case particular for Collections of Sum of Money (Small Claims Case) in 1st level court.

What You’ll Do

• Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies
• Prepare data files for courts
• Sending demand letter via personal service
• Assist courts personnel in the service of summons/decisions
• Personal service of the alias summons
• Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases
• File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court
• Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion for executions)
• Manage execution process
  
  

What You Need To Have

• 3 years work experience in law offices or in banking / finance sector
• Experience with: Small claim debt process (data file preparation, trial participation, knows courts practice)
• Execution process (knows the practice)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matter
• Familiar with company policies & procedures
