Leasing And Tenant Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Leasing & Tenant Acquisition Manager with strong experience in retail and commercial spaces. This role is responsible for sourcing and securing tenants, optimizing occupancy, and enhancing the tenant mix to maximize property value and foot traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies for retail and commercial properties
• Identify, target, and secure high-quality tenants aligned with property positioning
• Conduct site viewings, presentations, and client meetings
• Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewals
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, corporate clients, and brokers
• Analyze market trends, tenant mix, and competitor developments
• Ensure high occupancy rates and revenue targets are consistently met
• Coordinate with marketing and property management teams for leasing campaigns
• Maintain accurate leasing reports, pipeline tracking, and documentation
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 4–6 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing or tenant acquisition
• Strong network within retail brands, F&B, and commercial tenants is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented with a proven track record in achieving leasing targets
• Knowledge of Quezon City retail and commercial property market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing/CRM tools
