We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Learning Practitioner.

Principal Responsibilities

  • End-to-end deployment of learning interventions for leadership, behavioural, and business skills, including new joiner training curriculum comprising of CIB & MSSO induction.
  • The role holder will be required to design, develop, deliver, and manage a selection of programmes for MSSO ensuring effective programme management and alignment with business needs.
  • Achieve an optimal balance of instructor-led (VILT) and self-paced (non-synchronous learning).
  • Project management and execution of long-duration, multi-module programmes ensuring operationalisation and alignment with business needs.
  • Championing team initiatives and work streams through effective project management, communication, and engagement with operations.
  • Collaborate with peers, HR business leaders, and external vendors across businesses, regions, and GSCs.
  • Support the business or team priorities (e.g., business strategy projects, Rubix and INSPIRED) as needed, including assignments or initiatives beyond those detailed here.
  • Demonstrate initiative by generating ideas, taking ownership of tasks, and ensuring timely, accurate completion with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver learning programmes, including blended learning solutions (instructor-led and self-paced).
  • Experience designing, developing, and facilitating engaging training sessions for diverse audiences in the financial services industry, with strong understanding of commercial market dynamics and global business/governance structures of MSSO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation and the ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and feedback to evaluate and improve learning solutions, proactively identify opportunities, and drive innovation in learning and development.
  • Relevant qualifications in learning, development, or related field.
