Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a SAP LEAD, Sales & Distribution. The SAP Lead – Sales & Distribution (SD) will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of the SAP SD module and its integration with other functional areas (e.g., MM, FI, WM, and CRM). The position ensures alignment between the SAP system and URC’s commercial operations across Sales, Order Management, Pricing, Distribution, Billing, and Customer Service.

What Are The Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration of the SAP SD module based on business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes, identify system and process gaps, and recommend improvements or enhancements
• Act as the SAP SD stream lead for SAP projects including rollouts, upgrades, and digital initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, task execution, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct solution fit/gap analysis, blueprinting workshops, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with Data Management teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of SD-related master data (Customer Master, Pricing, Material Master, Condition Records)
• Implement and monitor controls related to order-to-cash processes, such as pricing approvals, credit management, and delivery blocks.
  
  

What Are The Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module in an SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP SD implementations in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Experience in integrating SAP SD with other modules and third-party applications
• Proven track record of leading project teams or being a solution lead in SAP transformation projects
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes (Order-to-Cash, Pricing Procedures, Account Determination, Credit Management, Delivery Scheduling, Billing)
• Strong understanding of SAP SD master data and its impact on business processes.
