Role Purpose

Build planning capability, standards, and maturity across countries

Key Responsibilities

• Define global planning excellence standards (demand, supply, inventory)
• Own planning & inventory KPI definitions and maturity models
• Design and deliver planning & IBP capability programs
• Develop playbooks, best practices, and learning materials
• Coach and enable countries to improve planning outcomes
• Lead planning community of practice and knowledge sharing

• Acting as a country planner
• Owning planning or inventory performance
  
  

Hiring Profile

• Strong understanding of planning best practices and KPIs
• Experience in capability building, standards, or COE roles
• Able to translate concepts into practical, usable guidance
• Coaching mindset; strong communicator
• Comfortable working with different maturity levels
