Job Description

The position exists to support Elsevier’s Lead Management team and is focused on pre-qualification of leads using agreed upon guidelines, lead analysis and enrichment using all available resources such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CapIQ, and other public data sources available on the internet.The position exists to support Elsevier’s Lead Management team and is focused on pre-qualification of leads using agreed upon guidelines, lead analysis and enrichment using all available resources such as LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CapIQ, and other public data sources available on the internet.

Accountabilities

  • Pre- qualification process of new sales lead request - research, enrichment and validation
  • Use of analytical skills to assign quality leads to sales
  • Ensures timely and accurate assignment of leads to sales
  • Actively uses Salesforce and CRM for purpose of entering relevant, complete and insightful information for sales
  • Communicate effectively across entire Lead Management team
  • Share information willingly with team members
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards work and team members
  • Utilize resources and expertise as appropriate
  • Ensure information being provided to the team members is accurate
  • Shares best practices and provides constructive input around all Lead Management matters
  • Serves as backup for others as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree holder
  • Working knowledge on MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, Tableau, etc.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt and learn to use external base tools
