Your Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will:

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline, passing qualified leads to Sales Representatives.
  • Execute outbound campaigns through personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and digital touchpoints) to engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries.
  • Research target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches.
  • Manage campaign activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience generating leads for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening ability
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Background in sales training, pre-call planning, or consultative selling
