Your Role

As a Lead Filterer / Lead Qualifier, you will:

• Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone and approved channels to establish rapport.
• Assess customer needs, timeframes, budgets, and vehicle preferences through targeted questioning.
• Qualify prospective leads against agreed sales criteria and identify genuine opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for Novated Leasing Consultants and ensure smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, logging call outcomes, customer requirements, and necessary follow-ups.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven background in lead qualification, appointment setting, inside sales, or contact center environments.
• Outstanding verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills over the phone.
• Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple leads and meet activity/qualification KPIs simultaneously.
• High proficiency in navigating CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Commercial acumen, results-oriented drive, and high reliability.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, finance, or automotive sales.
• Experience in adjacent phone-based sectors like insurance, telecommunications, or real estate.
• Demonstrated history of hitting target metrics like speed-to-lead and contact rates.
• Ability to re-engage stale or non-ready leads effectively over time.
• Quick adaptability to learning new complex financial products and internal workflows.
