We have a great opportunity for Landscape Architect to join our Architecture & Design group and as part of a workshare team.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide landscape design solutions from concept to detailed design.
• Perform all phases of the design process including concept, schematic and detailed design documentation. Lead the design documentation in coordination with Lead Designer.
• Manage, deliver and coordinate landscape design projects independently.
• Lead technical BIM delivery, coordinating a team on more complex design options.
• Supervise and undertake the daily activities of a project with the design team including allocating and checking work and providing feedback on performance.
• Coordinate with Architects and Engineers for resolution of related issues with the lead designer. Coordinate across all disciplines.
• Understand all applicable local codes and standards requirements.
• Lead the production of project design reports and detailing and also involve in the delivery.
• Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
• Supervise, support and train less experienced members of the team.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Understands all applicable UAE authorities’ requirements and coordinates with various discipline’s technical inputs into a project.
• Middle East experience and working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up (or similar 3D programs), Lumion, Enscape, In-Design, Illustrator, Excel, and other MS Office programs
• Able to use Revit tools and elements in LA documentation (from concept to IFC) and Revit scheduling. Able to create Revit family – parametric
• Experience with the softscape, grading, hardscape and specifications
• Applies broad knowledge of a professional discipline or advanced knowledge of technical practices demonstrated in a relevant industry or consulting business.
• Available to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  
  

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City, depending on your home base/location.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
