Job Description

Develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Interpret system requirements into design specifications.

Summary:

As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into detailed design specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels.
  • Continuously assess and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provides deep technical expertise in a specific technical area, based on years of extensive hands-on experience.
  • Performs technical design and coding for complex areas of the project
  • Deep systems integration skills, and subject matter expertise focused on a particular technology
  • Leads and coach a 2-6 person development team or a 2-8 person maintenance team


    • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Apple iOS Application Development and Unit Testing.
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kotlin, Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

  • The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Apple iOS Application Development.
  • This position is based at our Manila / Cebu office.
